Open Plans and create a plan with a title, a service date, and a room. The room is where this show is called.

Add a cue for each beat: a title, a type, a length, and the person who owns it. Reorder the cues until the running order reads the way the show runs. A section groups the cues under it.

Save the plan as a template when the same shape comes back. Start from that template, or duplicate a plan you already have. Rundown keeps the plan with the church.
