Disbrow Productions, LLC operates Rundown. This policy explains what the service stores and why.

What we collect

When you create an account we store your name, email address, and church or organization name. Passwords are stored as a scrypt hash. We also store server-side session records and the one-time links we email for a password reset or a sign-in. If you sign in with Tally, we store that Tally subject and church id on the account you connect. Disconnecting Tally keeps the Rundown account.

How we use it

We use this information to run your account, keep you signed in, and send the messages you ask for. A session lasts 7 days at most and ends after 12 hours without activity. A reset link lasts about 30 minutes. A sign-in link lasts about 15 minutes. Each of those links works once.

Uploaded documents

Files you import are processed in memory only and are never stored by Rundown. Only the cues you accept are saved with the plan. The file content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to extract the run sheet. It is not used to train models, and the provider may keep it for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring before deletion.
